Requirements
Education and Experience
- High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
- customer service, marketing or sales experience
- understanding of the principles of marketing
- knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Corel draw and graphics design is an added advantage
- proficient in relevant computer applications
- proficient in social media marketing
- Ability to Forecast – Sales Executives must break-free from their mindset of merely being the revenue streams for a business and must be aware of the many aspects of sales management such as sales numbers, attrition, headcount, training needs, etc.
- Listening Skills– Listening skills are crucial to sales executives, as being in the moment with the prospective customers will help you gain their trust.
OFFICE MANAGER
Requirement
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant/receptionist, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer,projector etc.)
- Customer service orientation
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to use social media platforms excellently
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Corel draw and graphics design is an added advantage
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVES
Requirement
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Knowledge of Graphics Design, Canva, Basic Video Editing gives additional advantage
