Requirements

Education and Experience

  • High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
  • customer service, marketing or sales experience
  • understanding of the principles of marketing
  • knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Corel draw and graphics design is an added advantage
  • proficient in relevant computer applications
  • proficient in social media marketing
  • Ability to Forecast – Sales Executives must break-free from their mindset of merely being the revenue streams for a business and must be aware of the many aspects of sales management such as sales numbers, attrition, headcount, training needs, etc.
  • Listening Skills– Listening skills are crucial to sales executives, as being in the moment with the prospective customers will help you gain their trust.

OFFICE MANAGER

Requirement

  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant/receptionist, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer,projector etc.)
  • Customer service orientation
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to use social media platforms excellently
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Corel draw and graphics design is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVES

Requirement

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Knowledge of Graphics Design, Canva, Basic Video Editing gives additional advantage
